Process for Closing Account
or Managing Subscriptions
Overview
- We respect the right to be forgotten and the need to self-manage your subscriptions with ease
- Following avenues are available
- You can can mark your space as "archived" - this will stop billing; Spaces can be unarchived at any future point in time
- You can close your journal and your account - related data will either be fully deleted or anonymised as described below
Pausing and restoring subscriptions
- Goto to your Profile settings (https://www.neelix.io/settings)
- Click on "Subscriptions"
- Go to "Billed Journal"
- Click on a settings menu next to a linked journal to toggle between "Archive" / "Restore" options
Closing the account
- Goto to your Profile settings (https://www.neelix.io/settings)
- Click on "Account"
- Click on "Close Account" button situated at the bottom of the form - this will take you to screen that will inform which data will be deleted and which will be fully anonymised. Click the confirmation "Close Account" button to execute the process.
