Neelix.IO is an online service that is focused on helping individuals, businesses, and educational institutions develop critical thinking skills based on internal and external self-awareness.
We believe in making the world a better place through smart transparency and systemic honesty. Internal and external self-awareness helps with appreciating life in fulness and combats reductive thinking.
Our Vision
The idea for the platform was born in response to mental health issues seen in society and the workplace. Our approach is based on real-world knowledge of how to create a safe and dynamic environment for personal happiness as well as high-performing teams. Our philosophy is consistent with leading counsellors who promote the idea that simply being “resilient” is not the best way to go, as continuing to dance with a broken leg only causes more harm. Self-awareness and smart transparency are part of better personal space, team culture, or learning environment.

Psychological safety was considered at the inception - system provides options for people to learn reflective thinking and transparency at own pace. Applied humour and reduced requirement for "100% participation" are part of the approach.

- Integration with Ai (current connectivity is to ChapGTP, but system is architected to be able to use more than one provider or language model)
- "Turnkey solution" is a key approach - clients can get started within few minutes
- "Multi owner billing model" allows spaces where different entities manage owner users and pay for own usage - for instance, a joint venture project between company A and company B may be assisted by a joint "team journal" within which each partner manages and pays for own users
