Permissions Model


Neelix is designed with strong data security and ease of collaboration in mind. Users can access consortium only if they were explicitly granted a particular role within by consortium's administrator.


Role Based Permission Types

Browsing


  • View shared entries within permitted consortium
  • Participate in Surveys
  • This access is not included in billing

Doers


  • View shared entries within permitted journal
  • Create journal entries
  • Create discussion points within retrospective events
  • Vote on feedback within retrospective discussions
  • Edit categories and activities
  • Participate in Surveys

Advanced


  • View shared entries within permitted journal
  • Create journal entries
  • Create discussion points within retrospective events
  • Vote on feedback within retrospective discussions
  • Edit categories and activities
  • Can moderate journal entries
  • Create and facilitate retrospective discussion events
  • Participate in Surveys

Administrators


  • View shared entries within permitted journal
  • Create journal entries
  • Create discussion points within retrospective events
  • Vote on feedback within retrospective discussions
  • Edit categories and activities
  • Can moderate journal entries

This is a special role without the ability to enter journal.

  • User cannot see any commentary
  • Can Participate in Surveys
