On-boarding and Managing Users

Overview

Any specific space in Neelix can only be accessed if user was granted appropriate permissions.

Person approving access needs to be an administrator of the journal, and administrator of the linked subscription.

On-Boarding Process

• Click on the "Settings" gear icon button and proceed to joiurnal settings

• Select "Edit Users"

• Click on "+ Invite"

• There are three methods:
• Send invite via email (new users to Neelix)
• Share a link URL (new users to Neelix)
• Search users who are already signed up in Neelix

User Management

Remove or Change Permissions

• Click on "Settings" and proceed to Consortium configuration screen
• Expand "Users" tab and click on "Edit"
• Expand "List" tab
• Click on the options menu next to each user in order to modify permissions or to remove access

Adding Administrators to Subscription

Pre-requisite : You need to be an administrator of a subscription in order to add other administrators.

• Click on "Settings" under user menu
• Proceed to "Subscriptions"
• Select a subscription from the list to edit administrator access
